About this tour

This six-day private journey stitches together Morocco’s most captivating sights from the Atlantic coast through the blue-washed alleys of Chefchaouen, the medieval heart of Fes, the rolling dunes of Erg Chebbi, and the ancient kasbahs of the south, all the way to Marrakech. With a dedicated driver, handpicked accommodation, and a pace designed for first-time visitors, you’ll experience the country’s essence without feeling rushed. Prices start at €495 per person for larger groups.

  1. Casablanca to the Blue Pearl

Your driver welcomes you at Casablanca airport or your hotel. A brief photo stop at the Hassan II Mosque introduces its minaret rising from the Atlantic swell, then you head north into the Rif Mountains. By late afternoon you reach Chefchaouen, settling into a medina riad. The evening is yours to roam blue-washed lanes, frame flower-draped doorways, and enjoy dinner with rooftop mountain views.

  2. From Blue City to the Imperial Soul of Fes

Spend a leisurely morning in Chefchaouen climb to the Spanish Mosque viewpoint, browse local crafts, and capture those famous blue staircases. Later, drive to Volubilis, where remarkably intact Roman mosaics and columns wait. Continue to Fes and your riad deep in the medina. The following day, a local expert leads you through the world’s largest car-free urban maze. You’ll see the Royal Palace’s ornate doors, Al-Qarawiyyin University (founded 859 AD), the Chouara tanneries, and medina souks alive with metal, leather, and ceramics. Enjoy a traditional lunch and a free evening to explore at your own rhythm. Two nights in Fes, with one dinner left open for independent discovery.

  3. Sahara Sands: Camels, Dunes & Desert Camp

Leave Fes and climb through the Middle Atlas. Quick stops in Ifrane and the Azrou cedar forests let you spot Barbary macaques. After lunch in Midelt, the landscape transforms as you snake down the Ziz Valley, a green ribbon of date palms guarded by old kasbahs. At Merzouga you swap four wheels for a camel, riding into Erg Chebbi as the sun sinks behind the dunes. Your night unfolds at a luxury camp private en-suite tent, hot shower, real beds, and a Moroccan feast under a blanket of stars, accompanied by Berber music. Rise early for a sunrise camel trek back over the sands. Following breakfast, visit the Rissani date market, stretch your legs along the Tinghir oasis, and stand beneath the 300‑metre limestone walls of Todra Gorge. Lunch with a gorge view, then follow the serpentine Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the Dades Valley for dinner and a peaceful overnight.

  4. Kasbahs, High Atlas & Marrakech Arrival

Travel through the Valley of the Roses and the palm groves of Skoura, stopping at the beautifully restored Kasbah Amridil. A short drive brings you to Aït Ben Haddou, the UNESCO-listed ksar that has starred in countless films. Cross the river with a guide to wander its earthen towers and alleys, then enjoy lunch nearby. Afterwards, ascend the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), where sweeping bends reveal panoramic mountain vistas. By late afternoon the red walls of Marrakech appear, and your driver drops you at your hotel or riad the final note of an extraordinary six-day circuit.
